It is a significantly smaller location than usual. The building is centrally located in Cologne in a busy residential area.
Easily accessible for everyone and with a homely character!
We also rely on bright, modern and homely design in our larger branches so that everyone feels comfortable
However, the branch in Cologne will have its own charm, and it will definitely not feel like a cool warehouse.
Due to the size of the site, we will probably primarily build smaller box sizes. This is also a good idea due to the location, as the storage rooms can function like additional cellars to the city apartments.
Your storage box can be the third room to your two-room apartment!
Of course, our storage rooms can also be rented for other purposes.
Even if everything gets a little more cozy, there will be no lack of security and a smart self-storage system!
The location will be completely digitalized again, with 24/7 access via app and around the clock monitoring!
There is also free transport to store your furniture and a passenger and freight elevator.
Parking and delivery via large gates are of course also provided.
We will be opening this year at Kurfürstenstrasse 12 on 550m² over two floors.
