Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BookaBox Service GmbH, An der Meisenburg 22, 45133 Essen, support@bookabox.com, +49 201 859 74 811) of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter or email) — the easiest way is directly in your customer account.
Effects of withdrawal.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you have made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal. For the refund we will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction.
Early start of the rental.
If, during booking, you expressly agreed that the rental starts immediately, you pay a proportionate amount for the use up to the time of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed.
