Der Buchungsprozess war angenehm einfach. Die Box stand am gebuchten Tag pünktlich bereit und dank der genauen Maßangaben vorab konnte ich perfekt planen. Da die Wände aus Blech sind, sollte man beim Einlagern etwas aufpassen. Der Zugang per App funktioniert prinzipiell wunderbar. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Eingangstür schließt extrem schnell wieder, sodass man sie für jeden Durchgang erneut per App öffnen muss – das ist auf Dauer etwas nervig.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and convenient it was to check in at this self-service location. The space is clean and modern. My only recommendation is to have a floor plan posted at the entrance so people can locate their storage unit.
After much deliberation, I decided to rent a box here today and move a few things out of my cellar. The process was very easy and as I had to make some changes, the customer service helped me a lot and offered me another box which I am now very happy with. Time will tell whether I will need a bigger one at some point. You are greeted by great music when you come in and everything is nice and bright and clean. Lift trucks and trolleys are available free of charge. As everything is at ground level, this warehouse is also suitable for wheelchair users. Which is not even possible with many other providers due to the design of the warehouse. The 24/7 access is also great and has something over many providers. The climate in the warehouse is also pleasant. All in all, I can only recommend it. Of all the providers in Braunschweig, BookaBox was simply the most suitable for me. Above all, the complete online processing with immediate access to the rooms is great. Opening the doors with the app also works without any problems. Very nice warehouse. Keep up the good work and you'll be welcoming me as a customer for a long time to come.
